What we do
Xperts LLC works with manufacturers, exporters, contractors, and food businesses across Azerbaijan to build management systems that satisfy ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000 — and that hold up under real audit conditions, not just on paper.
Most of our engagements start the same way: a business needs certification to keep or win a contract, and has a deadline attached to it. We work backward from that date, scope the gap between current practice and the standard, and build only the documentation and controls the standard actually requires — no boilerplate binders that nobody opens after the audit.
How we're structured
Each client is assigned one lead consultant for the full engagement. That person runs the gap analysis, drafts documentation alongside your process owners, leads the internal audit, and is in the room — or on the call — for the certification audit itself. We think continuity of context matters more than a large visible team.
Principles that shape every engagement
No template dumping
Generic document packs are a common shortcut in this industry. We write procedures against how your business actually operates, which is also what auditors probe for.
Fixed-scope engagements
Before work begins, you receive a written scope covering standard(s), timeline, and deliverables — so there's no ambiguity about what "done" looks like.
Staff training included
A management system only works if the people running it understand it. Every engagement includes briefings for the staff who'll own the new procedures day to day.
Support past the certificate
Surveillance audits happen annually. We remain available for ongoing internal audits and document updates after your initial certification is granted.
